Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

You will receive and e-mail when your order is confirmed, and another when the order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship domestically with USPS or UPS. Shipping times will depend on your location. We do not offer International shipping at this time.

We offer flat-rate shipping starting at $8.95.

Local Pickup

Many of our large, fragile or one-of-a-kind items are listed for Local Pickup only. Items will be held at Metamora General Store, 4015 S Oak Street, Metamora MI, 48455. Items can be picked up during business hours only. Please bring your confirmation email with you when picking up.

If you have any questions or would like to arrange custom shipping for a Local Pickup item contact us at support@metamorageneral.com. We may be able to custom ship or provide local delivery on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds + Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in it original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept returns for One of a Kind items. We may offer store credit for these items.

In the case that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@metamorageneral.com with you order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
